BRYNJE 1024 SOLID 2.0 PU BOOTS

Lightweight, durable and comfortable PU boots that provide good support around the arch, heel and ankle.

The slip resistant and self-cleaning outsole also ensures stability, reducing the risk of twist injuries. Insulates against the cold down to -20°C, and flexible and supple even at low temperatures.

The boots are thermally insulated, so that they cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Shock absorbing and breathable inlay sole that keeps the feet fresh and dry. The boots are easy to clean.

EN ISO 20345:2022 - the new approval 

Footwear certified in accordance with EN ISO 20345:2022, has at minimum, a toe cap to protect from falling objects at 200J and compression (15kN). 

S5 includes the following:

  • SB: Toe Cap
  • P: Protective midsole, 1100 Newton
  • A: Antistatic sole (ml. <0.1 MΩ-1000 MΩ) 
  • E: Shock absorption in the heel (min. 20J) 
  • Closed heel area
  • Patterned sole  (min. 2,5 mm)

The test measures the friction between the sole and the substrate – both with flat contact and on the heel. The outsole is slip tested to SRA (ceramic tiles with a soap solution) and SRB (steel plate with glycerine).

Steel Protective Midsole

The protective midsole protects against sharp objects penetrating the outsole from below. STEEL is a strong material especially suitable for walking on small and sharp objects.
