Your Rights

The right to withdraw consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can do so by contacting using the contact details provided under "Contact".

If you choose to withdraw your consent, it will not affect the lawfulness of our processing of your personal data based on your previously given consent and up to the time of withdrawal. Therefore, if you withdraw your consent, it will only take effect from that point in time. We store documentation of consent given 2 years after it has been withdrawn.

Right to see information

You have the right to access the information we process about you, as well as a range of additional information.

Right to rectification (correction) and deletion

You have the right to have inaccurate information about yourself corrected.

In special cases, you have the right to have information about you deleted before the time of our regular general deletion occurs.

Right to deletion

In certain cases, you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data. If you have the right to restrict processing, we may in future only process the data - except for storage - with your consent, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, or for the protection of a person or important public interests.

Right to object

In certain cases, you have the right to object to our or lawful processing of your personal data. You can also object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.

Right to transmit data

In certain cases, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to have this personal data transmitted from one controller to another without hindrance.

Our employees and service companies commissioned by us are obliged to maintain confidentiality and comply with the provisions of the applicable data protection legislation.

We take all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of protection and to protect your data managed by us, in particular against the risks of accidental or unlawful destruction, manipulation, loss, alteration or unauthorized disclosure or unauthorized access. Our security measures are constantly being improved in line with technological developments.
