BRYNJE LAB TEXTILE BOA® SAFETY SHOE

Closed sneaker-style safety shoe with breathable, water-repellent and durable textile upper, 30% of which is recycled. Innovative sole composition with additional NRGize Foam inserts for intense energy return - a material taken from the world of sports.

The sole is composed of a durable rubber outsole and an EVA foam midsole that protects the NRGize Foam insert, which sends the energy from each step back to your feet. A HeelCTRL insert stabilises the heel and contributes to the good fit of the shoe.

The shoe is tightened and loosened with the BOA® Fit System, which sits on top of the PrimeFIT tongue that moulds to the foot with a thin design for a comfortable fit. The insole is a mix of recycled, upcycled and bio-based PU foam with a CoolMax cover for optimised breathability and sweat transport.

Lightweight and durable NanoToe™ toe cap in a combination of carbon and composite. Kevlar fibre nail guard approved for 3 mm nails. Durable, approved ProNose in moulded TPU. Certified according to EN ISO 20345:2022 standard. ESD-approved and PVC-free.

EN ISO 20345:2022 - the new approval 
Footwear certified in accordance with EN ISO 20345:2022, has at minimum, a toe cap to protect from falling objects at 200J and compression (15kN). 

S3S includes the following:

  • SB: Toe Cap
  • WPA: Water-resistant upper 
  • A: Antistatic sole (ml. <0.1 MΩ-1000 MΩ) 
  • E: Shock absorption in the heel (min. 20J) 
  • Slip resistance (ceramic tile floor with glycerine)
  • Closed heel area
  • Patterned sole (min. 2,5 mm)
  • PS: Perforation resistance (non metal insert)

LAB Textile BOA®
Fiber Protective Midsole

The protective midsole protects against sharp objects penetrating the outsole from below. FIBER is a flexible and metal free material that does not transport cold. Fiber midsoles are among others used in all metal free products. 

SR Slip Resistance

The outsole is skid tested on ceramic tile with a glycerin solution.

BOA® Fit System

The BOA® Fit System is a fast and easy closure system. The BOA® Fit System dials and laces are guaranteed for the lifetime of the product on which they are integrated.

ESD approved

Conductive footwear in accordance with standard IEC 61340-4-3, with electrical resistance ≥0.1 MΩ <100 MΩ.
