This unique formulation offers enhanced comfort and improved noise attenuation while significantly reducing pressure on the head, making it ideal for extended wear in demanding environments.

The design incorporates ABS molded cups with an internal baffle structure that reduces overall weight without compromising durability or performance—a feature currently under patent application. This lighter construction helps minimize fatigue while maintaining effective hearing protection.

Built with seamless PPE integration in mind, the headset is fully compatible with Honeywell hard hats and face shields. It can be securely attached to a hard hat in approximately seven seconds, making it a practical and efficient choice for professionals who require fast, reliable protection and comfort throughout the workday.

Hygiene & maintenance

• Regularly inspect earcups and ear cushions for cracks and leaks – discard if earcups are visibly damaged or compromised
• Clean earcups and ear cushions regularly with mild soap and water
• Replace ear cushions and foam inserts every 6-8 months under normal wear, every 3-4 months with heavy use or in humid/extreme climates
